When I share the opportunity and discuss kits, I always emphasize the value of the $249 Build Your Own Kit. Essentially, the $99 kit (containing $250 retail value jewelry) is included in this kit free, and then they have the opportunity to build a profitable kit with the $249 credit, giving them a potential retail value of up to $650 in jewelry. I emphasize that by spending that $249 at Consultant cost can very easily turn into $400 PV which then gives them $40 back on their initial investment right away, making the $249 kit cost $209.
Investing time to help them make selections that reach $400 PV automatically makes them active and qualifies them for the 10% Active Sales bonus and achieving their first company bonus is a great accomplishment.

I now keep that in my date book so it’s handy if I sign someone up and am with them to place their order. With the $50 March Madness special, it’s very easy to get a new Consultant active with the $249 kit because they have $299 credit to spend. The $99 kit is a great way to have jewelry to wear and share and the $20 kit is great if all you want to do is work your business online or through catalog orders, and I have had some Consultants sign up with the $20 kit and the $99 kit because that’s what they felt comfortable spending and just soar with their business, but so many times there has been buyer’s remorse for not choosing the $249 kit and I share that information.
I never want someone to choose a kit that is outside their budget and cause them stress. No matter what kit someone chooses I want to support them any way I can, and training them right away on how to earn the Active Sales Bonus is a great motivator for “Sharing The Attraction”.
